Who am I?
About me
Hi. My name is Raul Bilc, and I was born in 1990. I am passionate about the digital world we’re surrounded by. Web Design and Search Engine Optimisation came naturally to me as I embraced everything computer-related from a young age. My goal now as an SEO freelancer is to help businesses grow organically.
My experience
I first started working professionally back in 2010 as a Digital Marketing Specialist for an American marketing agency. Ever since I got the taste of digital marketing, I have been a fan for life. Afterwards, I worked with companies and clients from the UK and the US from various business industries. My speciality has always been (obviously) Search Engine Optimisation.
My hobbies
Being in touch with computer hardware and software, and having a passion for music, I decided to combine the two, so I started producing Electronic Music. You can actually give me a listen on my Spotify (shameless plug!). I also like Photography and Mountain Biking.

Location
As you might have noticed, I am a sole freelancer with an agency-type website. I am based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. But my services are located worldwide, so to speak. Over the years, I’ve learned that it doesn’t matter if you’re office-based, home-based, or even working from a coffee shop, as long as you know what you’re doing, and you love doing it.
Employees
Currently, I am the only member of 16 Media. That doesn’t mean I work alone. Depending on the project, I collaborate with a network of freelancers, including content writers, designers, developers, programmers, and social media specialists. For larger projects, effective project management is key.
